Preparing for your Dune Allen Beach Vacation
Thank you for choosing Dune Allen Realty for your vacation rental needs. We want your stay at the beautiful Beaches of South Walton to be as relaxing and stress free as possible. As a courtesy to our guests, we are providing you with information and considerations for your beach vacation planning and convenience. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Check-in Begins after 4 PM CST:
Check-in is at our office, at which time you will receive your Welcome Packet. Included in this packet are directions to your vacation rental, keys, area maps and other pertinent information. If you arrive early you may call our office and we will be happy to take your cell phone number. We will call you as soon as the property is ready for check-in. We appreciate your understanding that check-in may be delayed for special cleaning and/or maintenance and encourage guests to have alternate plans. If you arrive after our office is closed, your Welcome Packet will be in the lock box located to the left of our office front door. Directions to our office and lock box code are provided with your reservation confirmation.
Check-out is 10 AM CST:
In consideration of arriving guests we ask that you check out promptly. Check-out instructions are located on the back of your Welcome Packet. Please return all keys to our rental office. There is a drop box for the convenience of early departures. Guest departing from keyless entry homes do not need to stop by our office, however, we do ask you call to let us know you have departed.
Housekeeping/Maintenance:
Pre-arrival and post departure cleanings are included in your vacation rental. Additional housekeeping services are available at an additional charge. Your rental is thoroughly inspected prior to your arrival, however, please report any housekeeping or maintenance concerns upon arrival so we can schedule service as soon as possible. If any maintenance concerns or malfunctions occur during your stay, please call our office and we will address the problem right away.
Mail:
Letters, packages and faxes may be sent to our office for pick up. Please have sender include your name and make sure we have your contact information to notify you of receipt. Address to: Dune Allen Realty, Attn: “Your Name”, 5200 W Scenic Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. Our Fax number is 850-267-3759.

- 1 Roll Toilet Tissue & Soap in each bathroom
